With one of hip-hop’s most influential producer’s in your corner gloating about your ability and guiding you up the ranks, you know you’ve got to justify the hype by going hard at any chance you get and Timbaland‘s protege Tink is more than up to the challenge. Dropping by Power 105.1’s Breakfast Club earlier this week, the Chi-rapper laid some fiery verses over some all-time classic instrumentals including Mos Def’s ‘Mathematics’ and Biggie’s ‘Unbelievable’. Her style is reminiscent to that of her predecessors Lil Kim and Lauryn Hill which is sure to have other femcee’s feeling the heat as they watch her rise to fame.
